As anything you would think the most expensive is the better quality. Right? That was my thought too. When starting out with cloth diapers these 2 brands, Nora’s Nursery and Alva Baby diapers are the brands that most caught my attention. Read about it below! Which is better, Nora’s Nursery or Alva Baby Diapers?

Nora’s Nursery Cloth Diapers
When I first decided to get into cloth diapers I pulled up Amazon and basically bought the first 5 star reviewed cloth diaper and bought them. Well the 5 start were indeed right. These diapers were amazing! I quickly even preferred them to any disposable diaper out there. They were so soft and the snaps provided many different size options leaving no extra outgrown diapers laying around. The bamboo inserts were also very soft and thick.
When I decided to go more full time cloth diaper I needed another pack as 8 diapers weren’t going to be enough If I didn’t want to be washing diapers every day. There was just one problem…we didn’t have the money to spend $70 on diapers at the moment. So I began looking into other brands.
Alva Baby Cloth Diapers
After looking into different brands, $30 sounded pretty good for some good 4.7 star reviews so I took the chance and got them. They came and the style was identical to the Nora’s Nursery Diapers and the inside was just as nice and thick. The liners were not as soft as the bamboo ones but that wasn’t a concern to me because it wasn’t touching the baby’s skin anyways. I was only worried about the thickness for absorption. Two pads came with each diaper. One was thicker and one thinner. I have only used the thick ones (the thin I use for burp rags now) and I have had no problems with leakage.
Conclusion
I am still using both and would say I like one just as well as the other. The recommendation I give to you starting out or maybe using a different style or brand you are not happy with. For budget purposes id recommend Alva Baby Diapers because they are simply just half of the price. Now maybe they wear sooner is the only thing I am thinking of? Drop in the comments below if you have used either of these brands of diapers and tell me what you think!
